Note: The following information was provided by Steve Finch, '65:

Richie Siner passed away July 2 in Fairfax VA. He was very sick, had very recently been diagnosed with cancer and suffered a subsequent heart attack. His passing was quick and merciful. Bob Haffa (Robert P. Haffa, Jr., e-mail address removed, ’65, CS-01) is trying to help Kathy and the family and has asked me to relay to you the information that we have at this time.

Service information:

VISITATION at St Bernadette's Church, Springfield VA at 4 - 7 pm Tuesday 5 July. This will be followed by a Funeral Mass at 7:30 pm.

Burial: Burial will be Wednesday morning.

Bob Haffa (Robert P. Haffa, Jr., e-maill address removed, ’65, CS-01) will be speaking at the service. It is a very difficult task and he will be honoring our friend with words and thoughts we all share. Please call Bob this weekend (cell; number removed, home messages @ number removed). If you don't want to talk, send Bob an email (address removed) with a memory of Richie. This will be helpful to Bob in composing his eulogy.

Richie and Kathy were active in several charities and projects. Bob mentioned "Little Sisters", American Cancer Society, and Air Force Memorial Fund. Maybe Kathy will select a worthy recipient. Right now, please take a minute to remember Richie and share a few thoughts with Kathy. (number removed)
