Lt Col (Ret) Roy R. Kilgore, CS-06 ,passed away on 15 Aug 2019 in Kerrville, TX. A graveside service will be held on 16 Sep 2019 at 1000 hours at the USAFA Cemetery. In the event of inclement weather the service will be moved to the Memorial Pavilion. The Kilgore family has suggested that Memorial Donations be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Thrift Shop; 1145 Broadway; Kerrville, TX 78028.
