Mr. Henry M. “Mike” Armstrong, CS-22,passed away suddenly on 23 Aug 2014 in Payson, AZ.
A Memorial Service was held on 28 Aug 2014 in Phoenix, AZ at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
