Ray Perkowski

Dear Friends,
It is my sad duty to inform you that Ray Perkowski died on September 9, 2004 after a 17 year battle with leukemia. I just learned about his passing a day before his Celebration of Life ceremony last Saturday which was wonderful but sad. Incredibly, his third grandchild, a boy, was born to his daughter Mariah just two hours before his death.
Ray is survived by his wife Sharon, two daughters, Brenna and Mariah, and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, etc., the family has suggested a donation in Ray's honor to the Bone Marrow Clinic of Scripps Green Hospital, Attn Cindy Nelson, Coordinator of donations, 858-554-2814, 10666 North Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, Ca 92037.
