Mr. James R. Piper, Jr., CS-20 passed away on 14 Nov 2022 in Lakeway, TX.

A memorial service will be held on 9 Dec 2022 at 1000 hours at St. Michael of the Archangel Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Rd, Houston, TX 77056.
Burial is intended at the Air Force Academy Cemetery in the summer of 2023.
His family has suggested that memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Air Force Aid Society, P.O. Box 2208, Arlington, VA 22202.
