Lt Col (Ret) Roger W. Mortensen, CS-03 passed away on 21 Jul 2017 in Olympia, WA from heart failure.
A funeral service will be held on 5 Aug 2017 from 1400-1600 hours at the LDS Nisqually Hills Chapel; 9341 4th Ave NE; Lacey, WA 98516; (360) 412-0891. He will be buried privately in the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA.
